Short Sale Lead Generation Postcard

Here is a postcard I just developed for our client Josh Barker. He's going to send 6,000 of these to distressed sellers in the Redding, CA area - as you can see there's an educational call-to-action to watch his videos, with 3 specific ways to contact him (1-800 number, local number, and website).

Additionally, he will keep a few of these in his office to help educate new distressed sellers who come on the market every week. I'll report of the results of his mailing shortly, however Josh is in an excellent mastermind group with it comes to short sales, and we made quite a few changes with their expert, real world recommendations.
