Here's a short video we shot today at the office with examples of our 8 week direct mail follow up campaign for people who are interested in hiring our services. We hand-write the addresses, use special stamps, include teaser copy, and do everything possible to get our mail noticed, opened and read. Direct mail isn't dead by any means, it's the perfect compliment with email, social media, and video marketing follow up with people who are interested in working with you.

We call this our 8x8 (one contact every week for eight weeks) and we use both direct mail and video email autoresponders to educate our new contacts and establish the initial relationship, then they enter our 33 touch program with 2 monthly video emails and a monthly print newsletter with social media video marketing news, tips, and tricks our clients can use. We use Highrise to manage our suspects, prospects, clients, and contacts for follow up phone calls.
