Over the past two years as a professional marketer, I've been fortunate to work with many of the world's best salespeople when it comes to real estate. A big thank you to all the sales trainers out there for making my job easier - when we're partnered with a client who adds names to their contact database daily (and calls on the people who open their email), it's a win-win. These clients come pre-trained for success.

Now most of our clients have come to us by referral (so many of them are coached), but Todd found me online. After working together for a few months, I offered to pay Todd's plane ticket if he would fly down to a Mike Ferry real estate sales training conference with us. Andre and I were headed down there so I could get Andre sales training and say hello to many of our clients. We all met up and had a blast.

Needless to say, the conference changed Todd's life. It's given him a whole new perspective on what it takes to be a top producer. These guys in real estate have it together - in no other industry have I found such a high level of coaching, accountability, and 'masterminding' to help professional colleagues move forward in their careers.
