Here's a 7 step FSBO video email autoresponder I wrote for Jeff Quintin. Jeff calls on FSBO prospects, then offers them his 'How to Get Your Home Sold' video course in exchange for their email address. Jeff puts their email address into an email video drip campaign we set up using www.icontact.com, then his FSBO prospect gets a video every week for 7 weeks educating them on the home selling process, automatically.

This positions Jeff as the expert and sets him up to make easy phone call follow-ups on his information already sent, versus calling all the time to see when they are ready to list with him (like most agents who offer little value). Match this email drip with a letter/postcard campaign AND personal follow up phone calls with an occasional pop-by, there's no question your FSBO prospect will list with you and not the competition.
Remember, ALWAYS FOLLOW UP ON EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION SENT. This makes you the invited guest to the sale, not the annoying pest. We all hate the annoying pest.
