I wanted to invite you to a live webinar about what I’m doing to recruit agents to my team here in Fresno or Real Broker nationally.

(Well, that’s one way to say it, but I’ll be honest – another way is to show you how I’m adding value to the agent community, but all know the end game, right?)

I’ve stepped up my “agent attraction” game a lot this year.

I first wrote a business plan I recommend all agents follow in this shifted market. I then started teaching workshops and publishing Q&A videos around it.

I send tips out to all the agents we do business with here locally. I also send them out nationally since there’s an option now to join Real Broker with a commission share instead of just my team.

The goal is to offer free business planning calls with me if any agents value my advice. I know a few of you do!

After that, if you want to work more closely with me, you can sign up for my team or join Real Broker. Easy, right?
