I wanted to invite you to a webinar on how we're handling a record number of buyers backing out of contracts, especially here in Austin, with mortgage rates at 7%.

The only answer is to set more appointments to make up for the loss. Right now, we're setting 350+ listing appointments for our agents every month from our radio, TV, and billboard advertising campaigns with the “Guaranteed Sale” message in central Texas.

 

Our team of 6 inbound appointment setters answer the phone, enter the customer’s information into Salesforce, complete the seller questionnaire, and book the appointment.

It costs a lot of money to get that kind of bottom-of-the-funnel listing appointment volume – upwards of $2 million dollars a year in advertising spend.

However, there would still be no way to make this happen profitably if we didn’t stay in touch with all the people who contacted us. We retarget everyone in our database with social media advertising and email marketing.

The key to this is to know who’s engaging with all that digital marketing so our appointment setters can prioritize who to follow up with, which is a big deal when you have 120,000 people on your list.

We have a RealSynch integration that tracks who clicks the links in the emails, so a task is triggered in our CRM for a call by an appointment setter. Additionally, we send out messages with direct response-style immediate calls to action to get a cash offer, find out what your home is worth, or to search for homes.

This reactivates hundreds of great leads sitting in our database to call and set an appointment.
