#VyralMarketingShow – Episode 9 - Here's what you need to know:

(1:22) – We currently shoot our #VyralMarketingShow on a $6500 video camera set up and we compare what this footage looks like to footage shot on the new iPhone 7 Plus, which you can get for about $760.

Can the average person tell a difference? Nope.

Video cameras are so good these days you reach the point of diminishing returns quickly. You don’t need to invest a lot of money into a video camera unless you’re making cinematic films using green screens, color correction, etc.

We recommend all our clients start with the $59 Logitech c920 webcam so we can interview you on a computer, and then graduate to using your mobile phone when you’re ready to go out on your own.

The key is good lighting fundamentals, strong sound, useful content, and twice a month publishing consistency for business results.

(4:08) – In Episode 6 we shared a “magical” 9-word email to send to your unconverted leads, or your entire database, to get an immediate response.

It’s a simple question asking if they still have a need. For example, “Are you still interested in buying a home in Omaha?”

Justin Nelson pulled in an appointment he shared on Facebook, among other results, and Vyral Client Dan Nathanson sent out the 9-word message to 515 people and got 121 responses.

He shows all the responses on his mobile phone. This is a great little strategy to identify who to call in a list of people right now to be used only sparingly.

(6:47) – It’s time! There are a lot of FB advertising options. We can definitively say the #1 best Facebook ad after investing hundreds of thousands of dollars of our money – and client money – is remarketing your website visitors with a direct offer video over the past 30 days.

You’ll see the ad we ran for Vyral Client Marty Gum, a real estate professional in Lake of the Ozarks we recommend you model.

This will work in any industry. We spent $145 on the ad over 30 days, generated 17 registrations on his website, 30 total leads from all sources, of which 5 were “very” qualified to do business soon.

He also set two direct appointments immediately from the ad.

This ad alone put $48,000 in commission income into his pipeline. You’ll see the exact ad, the video, the audience selects, and the Facebook metrics in the show.
