In this episode, you’ll learn why it’s not important to measure how many views your YouTube videos earn. It’s about who watches your videos, not how many people watch them. People will also see your videos on social media, on your website, in their email, and more – but they may not press play on the video itself. I share a story from Vyral Marketing client Scott Himelstein – a real estate agent in north Los Angeles – who earned only 260 views on his most popular video over three years ago with us but is still getting plenty of listings directly from his videos. I will publish an interview about his success with the program shortly. In this segment, you’ll learn why you must to create niche, hyper-relevant Q&A videos for your customers and prospects to generate leads and sales.
Q&A: We also answer the question: “How do I know where my business is coming from and if any of that business comes from Vyral Marketing?” There are two questions you must ask every new customer or client, ideally on the first call after you get the contract signed. The first question is “How did you first hear about us?” and the second question is “What motivated you to contact us?” Those are two very different questions. We role-play how to ask these questions and how to correctly allocate the revenue you generate from your database to the correct lead source. We also cover how much of your revenue you should reinvest (about 10%) into lead generation to make sure you have a steady stream of new customers and clients.
