Andrew’s real estate team generates a lot of leads – so many it’s impossible to call them all just at the right time. Andrew blocks about 30 minutes a month to record 2-3 educational video updates on the Tampa real estate market along with home buying and selling tips with the help of his Success Coach at Vyral Marketing. “It’s not very time consuming,” says Andrew. “That was one of my biggest fears when I signed up, but it’s not really an issue.” Andrew’s Success Coach provides him with topics known to work well in the Florida real estate market based on what’s working for other Vyral Marketing real estate clients.

“We just sent out a video on what to do if your home is about to expire from the MLS and two sellers contacted us! We’ll also make a substantial profit – over $40,000 – from a home we flipped that came directly from one of Vyral Marketing’s emails”, says Andrew. “This is the slower time of year and we’re having record breaking months; we believe our videos are a big part of that.”
