  • Before hiring Vyral, Tiffany was already keeping in touch with her database through a digital newsletter and postcards, but it took so much manpower and time that she had to find a better alternative.
  • Even though she attended film school, she wasn’t sure how to effectively implement video marketing into her business without a massive production budget. She hired Vyral as a way to produce high-quality videos at a lower cost.
  • Tiffany has a streamlined technique for coming up with relevant content for every video. She has her agents submit a form to her every time they hear a question more than once, and then she films a video regarding that topic. This method keeps her in touch with what her clients really want to know. 

  • She uses the email reports we send her to follow up with her database on a consistent basis. Her ISA calls everyone who opens and clicks her emails. 

  • Tiffany and her team also put on four events a year that her database gets an invite to.

  • She implemented Vyral’s apprenticeship strategy for their new real estate agents, which has greatly reduced employee turnover. This is one of the most impactful things that she learned in our recruiting course.
