FRANK’S NOTES: On the meeting today with Jeff we're at the point where it's time to start writing checks, and the bills are adding up. Jeff has to pay a professional video person to make a weekly video, a marketing person to do all the work, and then in order to get meaningful exposure beyond just email and organic reach, Jeff needs an advertising/media budget. Today on the meeting with Jeff, we talk about how to zero-cost Jeff's marketing expenses by raising money from three sources. (1) We plan on selling a Real Estate Jump Start Kit on his website for $10 - (2) we plan on charging local businesses $200-$300 to make a video about their business to be promoted by Jeff to his list and online -and (3) - by starting a local mastermind of business owners and including them in Jeff's marketing overall. There just isn't a safe (low risk) way to scale up all the fixed marketing labor, media, and sales management expense Jeff needs on the variable revenue of home sale commissions. Starting on this meeting, we made the decision to start working on raising the money necessary for Jeff to hire a sales manager so he's not in meetings all day with the money to pay for the marketing labor and media budget. How will Jeff manage the risk of taking on all these fixed expenses to scale up? Watch to find out!

ABOUT JEFF: Jeff Quintin has been selling real estate for over 20 years. He’s sold close to $1 billion dollars in real estate and, by every measurement, he is a “7th Level” Million Dollar Real Estate Agent.
