FRANK’S NOTES: Today on our meeting we discuss Jeff's plan to reach out to all his vendors and invite them to a monthly mastermind breakfast meeting. After that point, he will interview them for his video blog, and then ask them to contribute $250-$1,000 a month each to his marketing budget to stay in the mastermind and for access to his database of buyers, sellers, and homeowners. We review the sponsorship agreement and the target list of vendors. Jeff needs $550 a month for our core service, an extra $275 a month to pay us since he's sending out 4 videos a month (not two), $1200 a month to pay his video person to help shoot his professional videos, and then about $1000 a month budget in Facebook advertising to get the videos to show up in the news feed of his database and target market. Jeff's marketer, Paul here at Vyral, will be guiding Jeff to implement this going forward to raise the money based on what we teach in our Business Sponsor Add On Special Project to our core service. Stay tuned - once Jeff raises the money, we can get to work on doing even more advanced marketing, but we need the capital to get it done. This is our plan to do it. Jeff's assignment this week is to make a list of all the people he does business with to invite them to his first local Ocean City Business Owner Mastermind breakfast.

ABOUT JEFF: Jeff Quintin has been selling real estate for over 20 years. He’s sold close to $1 billion dollars in real estate and, by every measurement, he is a “7th Level” Million Dollar Real Estate Agent. He’s expanding into new markets outside his home in Ocean City, NJ (such as Philadelphia) and now needs to create more consistent and purposeful marketing content to back up his agents. He wants to be in front of his database and target markets all the time with engaging video and social media so they associate his firm as the preeminent helpful real estate professionals in the community.
