FRANK’S NOTES: Today we listened to the voiceovers Jeff recorded with the scripts we wrote last week. He ordered a $30 Sennheiser PC 8 USB microphone headset to record them to his computer using built in audio recording software. They sound great. He also ordered four songs from PremiumBeat.com for about $200 total for the music. Additionally, he went out with his phone and started getting as many pictures as he could added to a Google Drive folder for the sizzle intro reel. On the meeting today, I review his voiceovers and music and we break down the four scenes for his first local business spotlight video based on what’s working for San Diego real estate agent Kyle Whissel in his East County Eats series. Jeff is going to order a pocket audio recorder and lav microphone for his audio and his DJI Osmo Mobile is arriving shortly to shoot stabilized footage.

Jeff’s assignment this week is:

  1. Shoot more pictures and stabilized footage on the DJI Osmo of people selling real estate
  2. Order the pocket audio recorder and lav mic I send him to get on Amazon
  3. Pick in his office who is going to be his camera person and bring them to the next meeting

ABOUT JEFF: Jeff Quintin has been selling real estate for over 20 years. He’s sold close to $1 billion dollars in real estate and, by every measurement, he is a “7th Level” Million Dollar Real Estate Agent.
