New Client Welcome Holly Mabery

Holly Mabery is a third generation Realtor®, growing up in Verde Valley and Prescott area. She obtained her real estate license in 1998 focusing on residential resale, land and multifamily in the Verde Valley and Sedona. Holly gained statewide experience working with foreclosures in the Phoenix metro market and then expanding “back home” into the Prescott area market. She has evolved with the needs and demands in the new real estate market with experience in short sales, bank foreclosures as well as cultivating opportunities in land and resale investment. Holly has experience working with families at each level of their buying and selling needs from the first time buyers, families, second homes, investment and trusts. Holly’s focus is working each client with their very specific needs through out the transaction.

During her career, Holly earned the Accredited Buyer Representative allowing her to serve buyer clients at a higher level. It was important to find balance working in smaller towns so she earned the Seller Representative Specialist from the National Association of Realtors. Each of these designations allow her to elevate her service, key in on the specific needs of both buyers and sellers. Holly works mainly by referral allowing her focus to be on each client and serving them at a very high level. “It is important for me to be available and focused.” says Mabery. “This may be the biggest transaction someone will ever have, I appreciate their trust in me to see it through.”


Allison: Holly, how did you hear about us and what motivated you to call us?
Holly: I heard about you through NAR tech-edge and what motivated me to call you all was creating more consistency in my online marketing. I know I need to be in video, and I know I need to be in video consistently so I’m looking at my long-term business plan and I didn't want to take another step without asking for help.

Allison: How many people are in your database right now?
Holly: I contact about 100 consistently. Beyond that, about 400 or 500.

Allison: What are you doing right now to market to those people.
Holly: Mainly, it’s personal touches. Phone calls, pop-bys, things of that nature.

Allison: Why hire us? Why not do this yourself?
Holly: I don’t have time. I need a professional.

Allison: Is there anyone specifically we should thank for your business?
