Patrick enrolled in our six-month real estate agent recruiting project as an “add-on” to our core service to recruit more agents to his team. He sells about 40 homes a year in Phoenix and he knows he needs more talent to grow.
He didn’t like all the spam “how great our brokerage is” messages and the cold, hard-sell recruiting calls brokers make. He wanted a way to attract agents to him authentically. At his first agent training event, he kept it small with only a few guests to test his material.
“Two of those guests will likely be hires”, he says. Patrick has 20 agents already confirmed to attend his next 3 Hour Business Planning Clinic. He is seeking to hire agents in Phoenix who sell about 2-5 homes a month.
