Ulises Vera is a real estate agent client of ours in San Diego who sells about 25 homes a year. I've been teaching our updated database marketing plan around the country in workshops (which he attended), (www.getvyral.com/events) and now it's time to make sure those who attend get the guidance necessary from us to implement.
 
Ulises has agreed to meet me in my office every Friday for a discussion on how to reconnect with, grow, communicate with, and get business from his database. It will be live streamed here on our page. He's going to target a farm of 3,000 homes in Chula Vista that has a 5% turn over rate, and raise money from local businesses to cover his expenses. 
 
That's 150 homes right there for the taking, not to mention referrals from his past client list. He's been doing cold door knocking for 10+ years and is exhausted of that approach. Redfin is also running billboards all over San Diego for 1% taking business away.
 
You'll see how he's going to out-position competitors and get more people to call him to list their home with the core Vyral plan (build and communicate with a database). I'm going to make this a series so you can follow along with Ulises's journey.
 
This way you can get context on what you need to do from scratch as a client, and I can train our staff at Vyral Marketing by example on how to better guide you to implement.

Here are Ulises Vera actions steps for week one: 

1. Find out what your GCI needs to be a month to pay your business expenses and taxes to net $7,000 of personal spending money.

2. Get a list of all your past clients

3. Find out where to get a list of the 3,000 homes in your farm

4. Go through your Facebook, LinkedIn, and address book and make a list of everyone you're going to invite to your newsletter. If you're not going to call them, leave them out.
