Frank's Notes: I opened the call with a brief review of his situation and remembered his goal was to get "more time". I immediately referenced the previous call and the homework. We followed up on him making a list of all the people he knows, building a full contact list of past clients, and then getting the contact information of the people in his 3,000 homeowner farm. I also introduced him to the idea of hosting community events to meet the people in his farm.

His assignment for the week is to complete all of the above AND start thinking about possible events to hold in the community he likes. He loves events with kids since his homeowner farm (his target market) is so family driven. Much of the time we spoke about the new way of thinking and the personal battles he's going to face implementing an attraction based marketing plan as he overcomes the deep habits of door knocking for all his business for 10 years.

His assignment is:

1. Write a list of relationships with using social media as a memory jogger of people he's going to invite to his newsletter

2. Update the phone, email, Facebook link, and notes of his past clients

3. Come up with a list of event ideas he can hold in the community to bring homeowners in his farm together, and possibly look at what a MEGA Open House looks like since open houses can be a part of his event strategy.
