I was asked to help a real estate team owner out on the Jersey Shore build a team of experienced agents.
We identified about 550 that fit the criteria.
She didn’t have any time left in the day to make recruiting calls.
So - we did two things…
We started this real estate agent recruiting blog for her with agent training videos.
And then she asked an agent on her team to set aside 1-2 hours a day to call all those 550 agents on her behalf to offer them….
- Her listing presentation
- Unconverted seller leads
- Her book of scripts
…and more
With that combination, in the first 90 days, she has 14 experienced agents in our pipeline who have expressed interest in working with her.
“I’m talking to 1-2 experienced agents a day without any cold calling”, she told me.
I spent an hour interviewing her on the whole system, which you can watch here:
There’s obviously more to the story than that, and that's why I’d like you to watch the whole interview on how she did it, so you can do it too.
The big idea is when you run out of time to make the calls yourself, spend your time on creating helpful content and hire an assistant to make the calls on your behalf to the people watching it.
And focus your efforts on a small list of perfect prospects. And have something strong to recruit to, which in her case, partnering with PLACE did that.
(Big fan of them by the way. Check them out if you have not).
It’s all there for you. Enjoy!
Frank
