A record amount of seller interest

John Bolos runs a solid real estate team in Charlotte.

We both taught a class on "How to Reconnect with Your Neglected Database" for his agents (and recruits to his office).

I go through the Vyral Marketing process of exporting your Gmail, cell phone, and CRM contacts to send out an initial reconnect message.

John shared how to make a list of your top 200 and personally reach out to ask if you can put them on your newsletter.

You know all that. The reason I share this is he's been a client for 5 years, and after a really rough start to the year (April was really bad), he said in class, "I'm getting a record number of organic sellers reaching out to me right now."

He's been remarkably consistent, sending out 2 helpful videos a month to his database with a monthly call to action (i.e., lead magnet) to spike response. This is the core of our 36-touch marketing plan.

Homes are sitting on the market longer, and sellers are asking professionals for their advice on what to do right now - or therapy, or counseling, or whatever you want to call it. They want to know how to find a serious buyer.

If you have not sat down and written an honest, non-AI, authentic, and personal message to your list to let people know you're there to guide them in a real estate transaction (and you know how to find serious buyers), right now is the time.

"I just wanted to write you with an update on what's going on and let you know I'm here if you need any help...let me tell you a story of someone I helped find a buyer..." is a great opening line.

Just want to put it on your radar - maybe erase an hour of prospecting and replace it with an hour of writing (with the confidence to press the send button to everyone you know). I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the response right now.
