
A client just wrote me this today...
"Not sure if Bridgette mentioned it, last week we got a 1.1M buyer under contract - on the site for a year AND a 2 year old lead under contract at 3.3. I have an associate that communicates with the leads, leaving me mostly in this marketing and behind the scenes."
She came to us a few years ago, extremely tired of the daily grind of real estate.
"Is there any way to make this easier instead of me being chained to the phone all day, or building a traditional sales team?"

That's honestly it in a nutshell. If you can set aside time once a month to record a few videos that solve real problems and send them out, you can hire anyone as your assistant to follow up with the people who know you to see if they want to talk to you.

He works with real estate investors in Utah. It's an invitation to schedule a call with him to get on his VIP Buyer List. It only works because all these people know him through his consistent, value-added database marketing efforts.
His calling assistant will reach out to 50 people a day on his list of 300. It will take 6 days. He expects about 30 people will want to talk to him, turning into 3 deals.
