I hope you're having a good weekend. Here's a new interview with our client, Blake Sloan out in Myrtle Beach I recorded with him this past week.
He's selling 500 homes a year with 28 agents, spending north of $100k a month on leads. His top challenge (like everyone else) is conversion, with his database being his #1 lead source.
We go over everything he's doing to stay relevant in the age of AI. He's pretty clear that all the ChatGPT writing and avatar videos are further eroding trust in the profession.
We spent most of the interview going deep on all the things Blake is doing to deepen trust and connection with a very skeptical - and in many cases very angry - consumer, so they warm up to them to book Zoom buyer and seller strategy calls.
This interview is really good. I put it up on YouTube with a few helpful chapter markers. It's all there, no pitch - just doing my best to bring you a legitimate interview.
We're stepping up our game here at Vyral Marketing, too. If ChatGPT can write it, we advise you to stay away from it. Your best videos are client stories, predictions, opinions, judgments, and analysis.

Get on a call with us. We'll interview you on the phone to get your latest client success story on a recorded line. We'll then write it up into a script for you and shoot it with you on Riverside.fm - just like we do for Blake. This is what performs best.

PRO TIP: Include your video link in every email and text you send to consumers and literally say you're not an AI bot. You'll get more responses.
Please watch the interview when you have time. Blake knows what works. It's very high-stakes for him, given his massive ad spend. You'll learn what needs to happen to connect with the consumer, improve lead conversion, get more responses, and stay relevant to the consumer in the age of AI.
It's what we're all talking about on June 10th this week in Scottsdale. www.stayrelevant.eventbrite.com
