
A tip today to improve the conversion of the existing home value leads in your CRM (Fello, Brivity, HomeBot, etc)....
Simply export your home value leads and we'll import them (or sync them) into a fresh, fully authenticated email marketing account. We'll then send them unique stories and retargeting ads to invite them to call you about selling their home.
Specifically, we interview you on the phone to share a recent seller success story - something AI can't write - that connects with the consumer so they can get to know, like, and trust you (and respond to you when you call them).

Those emails - along with the respective retargeting ads - are going out to all those leads to generate an immediate response, both from inbound phone calls and new, fresh opt-ins to a landing page to get a more accurate home value (by Zoom or Facetime into the home to factor in unique features algorithms can’t see).
