Calling your video clicks for appointments

In the spirit of Labor Day weekend, here’s a helpful tip to help you set more appointments faster, easier, and with less risk when you come back from vacation.

First, download the last 10 email open/click reports for everyone who has engaged with your emails, especially those who have clicked on links. We can do this for you.

Second, upload them to AI and ask it to create a prospect list, ranking those most engaged from top to bottom. We can do this for you, too.

Last, ask your assistant to reach out with this script (adjust for your business, of course):

SUBJECT: Your Name wants to talk to you

Prospect Name – I work for Your Name and they asked me to reach out to you since I see you subscribe to their videos. Here’s their latest one (link). Would you have any interest in speaking with Your Name for a free buying or selling strategy call to plan your move, if that’s something you’re planning on doing soon? I have his/her calendar here and can schedule a time for you.

Assistant Name

We ran a similar list for a client who works with landlords and pulled 291 very high-quality names. Within 4 days, 10 people expressed interest, and 8 booked a phone call.
