How I Helped Paul Lott Go From 7 Years of Radio Silence to a Full Content System in 3 Months

Ysa and Paul

I want to tell you a story about my client Paul Lott and how we went from zero video content in seven years to 12 pieces of content in just a few months.

Paul is a real estate agent who joined Vyral back in December 2025. Before that, he wasn't doing any marketing videos or educational content at all. His last YouTube video was seven years ago. For someone in an industry where trust and visibility are everything, that's a long time to be quiet.
He knew he needed to change that. And to his credit, he didn't just talk about it. He showed up.

His biggest obstacle was....

Paul had been off camera for seven years. No marketing videos, no educational content, nothing that positioned him as a go-to resource for his audience. And in today's world, posting listings or "just sold" graphics on social media doesn't move the needle the way it used to. People want to see who they're working with. They want to hear how you think, how you communicate, and whether you actually know what you're talking about before they ever pick up the phone.

Trust is built through repeated proof of credibility and authenticity. And Paul didn't have that working for him yet. Not because he lacked the knowledge or the personality, but because he simply hadn't been putting it out there.

Starting from scratch after that long of a gap is intimidating for anyone. The pressure to get it right, the unfamiliarity with being on camera, the uncertainty of whether it's even going to work. All of that was in front of him when we started.

My solution to the obstacle was...

Being a reliable and patient coach. I showed up for him as much as he showed up for himself, and honestly, Paul made that part easy.

Since December, we've built 12 pieces of content together. Paul shows up every single time. We'll run a shoot for an hour, push past it, and he never looks tired or frustrated. He adjusts, keeps going, and brings the same energy from the first take to the last. That's genuinely rare, and it makes all the difference in the finished product.

My job was to remove every barrier between Paul and the camera. I handled the structure, the direction, and the flow of each shoot so he didn't have to overthink any of it. He didn't need to come in with a fully scripted plan or worry about whether he was doing it right. He just needed to show up and be himself, and I made sure everything around him was set up to let that happen.

We didn't try to turn Paul into something he wasn't. We built a system around who he already is and made sure the content reflected that. That's the difference between content that feels forced and content that actually connects with people.

The outcome for my client was...

Paul told me his business is on fire right now. And he traces it directly back to one thing: visibility.
His content is putting him in front of new people, nurturing his existing database, and reminding his whole network that he's active, credible, and worth referring. He's not just showing up on video anymore. He's running video ads, experimenting with new formats, and fully owning his marketing presence in a way that didn't exist four months ago.

That's what consistent online presence actually does. It doesn't just build awareness. It builds trust. And trust is what turns a viewer into a client.

Here's a look at what Paul's content looks like now...

What my client says about working with me...

Paul and I have a great working relationship because he doesn't have to overthink anything. He shows up, and I handle the structure, direction, and flow so he can focus on being himself on camera.

What to do next...

If you're already a client and you've been inconsistent with your content or you're not sure how to get into a rhythm, let's talk about it. Sometimes the fix isn't motivation. It's having someone in your corner who handles the pieces you shouldn't have to think about so you can just show up and do what you do best.

If you're not a client yet but you've been quiet online longer than you'd like to admit, this is what working with us looks like. We meet you where you are, build a system that fits your life, and make it easy to stay consistent. Book a strategy call and let's see if we're a good fit.
