Linda Welsh is a client of ours in Austin with 29 years of experience.
We started interviewing her like a journalist to get her recent seller success stories.
In this case, she listed a property that sat on the market for 6 months and sold it in a weekend after 2 back-to-back open houses for the same asking price.
You can watch her journalistic interview here.
(We do this with you now on our monthly strategy call).
Our writing team then wrote up her full script, social media posts, YouTube SEO, blog article, and more before her upcoming video shoot so she’s fully prepared to get it right.
Here’s her fully prepared content package.
We’ll now interview her on riverside.com to make it easy, and then handle all the editing, optimization, and promotion to get it out to her existing contact database - including all the people in her CRM, cell phone, and email account.
We’re shifting our strategy to help you tell more client success stories and very niche, local market insights (such as changes in the laws) to provide value that AI cannot.
We’re watching the engagement rates with cheap AI-written content plummet. Make sure to run what you post online through something like this: https://www.pangram.com/
Google does it too, and it downranks you if it doesn’t meet its “Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness” standards.
Basically, to meet the standard above with ease, a journalist first needs to interview you to uncover your own personal insights, stories, and experiences to share - and use that as the foundation even with AI-assisted writing. But be warned, if you’re using AI to create all your content, thoughts, and insights for you, it’s a losing strategy - and the tech knows.
If you’re a client, let your Marketing Coach know you want to tell a client success story for your next video. If you’re on the fence about doing a better job articulating your expertise and competence to your contacts to strengthen trust and top-of-mind awareness, I invite you to take a call with us, and we’ll interview you on it: www.getvyral.com/consultation.
Have a great week this week. And if you can make it down to Scottsdale on September 16th, I’m hosting a small dinner for 3 hours where I’m going over what’s working right now to get the best results with your marketing. It’s right before the Metrix Mastermind event, with their permission, and if you’re interested in a guest ticket, let me know.
