Nick wrote the book on how to buy a real estate business with no money out of pocket. It is the exact system he used to grow from 200 clients to more than 2,000 in just a couple of years, and to build his team from three people to fourteen.

He recently released The Golden Handoff 2.0, which now includes strategies for partial handoffs. This is for agents who want to slow down without fully retiring so they can keep working with their top clients while handing the rest to someone they trust.

Nick is working on a handoff accelerator program where he partners with ten to twelve teams and helps them grow by acquisition.
