I want to introduce you to Adrienne Lally and Attilio Leonardi, who run a phenomenal real estate team in Hawaii. They’re flying all the way across the Pacific to join us in San Diego this October.

One of the things they’re very proud of is their property management business, which now manages about 1,400 doors. They started from zero and built it almost entirely organic. They’ve created strong guarantees like eviction, rent, and communication guarantees, and their sales team feeds the management side with 200–300 opportunities a year. They call property management the “long-term listing,” because eventually, most owners decide to sell.

Their management division also supports their sales team by giving clients more options. They can sell their home, or they can rent it out and hold on to it. Either way, Adrienne and Attilio have a solution. And since their property management company doesn’t do sales, 20% of their doors actually come from other agents.

They’ve also built a highly leveraged operation. With 10 virtual assistants supporting everything from marketing to personal tasks, they’re able to focus on what matters most. Attilio says the leverage they’ve built allows him to spend mornings boogie boarding with his 80-year-old dad in Waikiki.
