I want to share a client video script that's working really well right now.
You can't easily copy it, and that's the point.
It's our client in Los Angeles sharing a success story about how he helped someone sell their home after they lost their job because of AI scriptwriting.
Two ways to look at this....
First, as the value of educational content depreciates because consumers use AI for market updates, how-to, and Q&A, we all need to start publishing content AI can't write. It's a key differentiation point.
I recommend success stories and personal observations/
We now interview you like a journalist to first get those stories out of your head. We then write the script and record the video with you.
Second, as the cost of money and living increases (7% mortgage rates and more inflation), consumers are turning to the most experienced and competent professionals to get deals done. Brad in the example above has been in the business for 40+ years.
Evidence of success is more important than ever. Make sure to include your success-story videos in all your one-to-one follow-up communications...
"As you think over your decision on who to hire, here's someone just like you I helped....watch this..."
"If you're considering making a move, I was able to help someone similar get it done...watch this..."
"If you're on the fence, watch this - it's a story of how I helped a client solve a problem just like you told me you have..."
If you're not getting views, engagement, or conversions from your content, it's because we're all up against GPT-6 Astra.
And everyone looks and sounds the same on YouTube because you can copy thumbnails, scripts, and ideas instantly.
If you can become a great storyteller of your personal experience (we'll help you), AI can only help you. It cannot compete with you.
