I want to tell you a story about my client Tamara Lamore and how I helped her stay consistent with video without adding anything to her already full schedule.
Tamara runs a team in Washington State and uses our service to recruit agents. Her goal is straightforward: attract the right people. Agents who value systems, support, and real opportunities for growth.
She knew video was the way to do that. The problem wasn't motivation. It was time.
Her biggest obstacle was...
Consistency. But not for the reason you might think.
Tamara isn't someone who doesn't care or doesn't see the value. She's someone who is running a business, leading a team, and managing operations all at once. Her time gets pulled in a hundred directions before the week even starts.
So even when she wanted to show up consistently on video, it kept getting pushed. Something more urgent always came first. Over time, that friction built up to the point where she was seriously considering canceling.
That's when we had a real conversation about what was actually going on.
My solution to the obstacle was...
We didn't push harder. We rethought the whole approach together.
Instead of assuming Tamara had to be the one driving every piece of content, we stepped back and looked at what was already around her. She had a strong operations manager named Albana. She had high-performing agents on her team. There were real people with real stories already in the building.
So we built a new structure around that.
Each month we create two videos. The first is led by Albana, focused on systems, tools, and the support the team provides. The second features a top agent talking about what it's actually like to be on the team. Real perspective. No extra burden on Tamara.
And if Tamara wants to stay visible in the content? She records a short intro, positions the video, and introduces the speaker. She stays present in the brand without carrying the full weight of production.
We also added a 3-month content plan so nothing is ever being figured out last minute. Each month has a clear theme, two aligned videos, and a lead magnet tied to that theme. The content doesn't just exist. It builds anticipation, delivers value, and supports recruiting conversations.
The Outcome for My Client Was…
Everything got lighter.
Tamara is still involved, but she's not overwhelmed. She's not scrambling for ideas or trying to carve out hours to film. The content is consistent, the messaging is cohesive, and the workload is spread across the team in a way that actually makes sense.
Our strategy calls aren't reactive anymore. We're planning quarters in advance, mapping out March through May, then looking ahead to summer. Everything is systemized and most importantly, the content is actually getting done.
That's the goal. Not a perfect plan that sits on a shelf. A real one that gets executed.
Here's a look at what Tamara's videos look like now...
What Tamara says about working with me...
"Jack didn't just tell me to push through and find the time. He actually looked at what I had around me and helped me build something I could sustain. I'm still showing up in the content without it running my schedule."
What to Do Next…
If you're already a client and struggling with consistency, it's worth talking about before you make any decisions. It's usually not a discipline problem. It's a system problem. We can look at your format, how your team is involved, and how your content is structured, and find a way to make it work for your actual capacity, not some ideal version of it.
If you've been thinking about stopping because it feels like too much, that's usually the moment to rethink the approach, not abandon it.
And if you're not a client yet, this is what working with us looks like. We build around you. Book a strategy call and let's see if we're a good fit.
