Chip Hodgkins, a 23-year real estate agent and $50 million dollar producer (now with PLACE), has been our client for over a decade. He's preparing to dial down his $15k a month spent on paid online leads to go all in with more webinars and VAs calling the registrants, clicking his email links, and using his website/CRM to “just book the darn appointments” for his team of 10 agents. “It’s hard to get my agents to prospect”, he says.
