Chip Hodgkins, a 23-year real estate agent and $50 million dollar producer (now with PLACE), has been our client for over a decade. He was ready to fire us last year when his results were stagnant (and from the repetitious boredom of making the same topics over and over for 10 years). He talked to us to fix it. We decided he should host cheap Zoom webinars with local politicians on hot Syracuse housing issues. Holy cow! He had 1700 registrants and 700 people show up (and watched the replay), to his first webinar. The politician even sent the invite to their massive 100k+ voter list! He also included local TV reporters on the invite, and he’s now their go-to for local real estate commentary. He’s allegedly on the news “12-15 times a month” and “his co-marketing list has grown from 36,000 to 126,000 in 18 months.”
He's preparing to dial down his $15k a month spent on paid online leads to go all in with more webinars and VAs calling the registrants, clicking his email links, and using his website/CRM to “just book the darn appointments” for his team of 10 agents. “It’s hard to get my agents to prospect”, he says.
