How Ryan Hvizda Grew From 100 to 145 Deals (While Exiting Production)

Ryan Hvizda in New Hampshire hired us in 2020. Since then, she has grown from selling 100 homes a year (with 2 agents) to 145 homes a year (with 5 agents). She now only sells a few homes a year herself, while her agents sell the rest. This freedom allows her to travel for more than 6+ months a year while managing her team virtually. Any seller she chooses to work with meets with her on Zoom. Her business comes from her sphere (she does a lot of interesting free giveaways), open houses, and agent referrals. It's also interesting to note every agent on her team provides 250 names from their own database to be included in her Vyral Marketing plan.
