10-step buyer conversion campaign

A client last week asked me to write a 10-step buyer lead drip campaign to help him book more strategy Zoom calls with his buyer internet leads.

We call this the "10 days of pain" in the industry. 

Mark, a real estate agent in New Mexico, invests in Facebook and PPC advertising to attract prospective buyers to his website who want to search homes for sale.

To view their search results in detail, they must register. That's the lead.

Mark is shooting all 10 videos (there's one for each message) with us over Riverside next week, which we'll edit and post to his video blog website.

We'll load these up as an autoresponder in his MyEmma account, re-upload all his old buyer leads, and press start. His assistant will follow up to offer a strategy call.

He will also load these emails into his CRM so they drip out when a new lead comes in.

In my experience, the top reason an internet lead does not respond positively is they don't know who you are. They came in off a cold internet search, and were then forced to register on a typically unbranded website to see pictures of the homes.

This will fix that problem...

You'll see each message brings a solution to the buyer's most pressing pain point. You'll make a video to explain each. This way, the buyer can get to know you and see you as a trusted advisor who can help them get into a home.

Then just ask your assistant to call the leads with this script...

"Mark asked me to call you since I understand you may be thinking about buying a house. I have his calendar here. Would you like me to schedule a free home buying strategy call with him?......Yes, I would love that."

If they know, like, and trust you - which you can accomplish through publishing - they are much more likely to say yes.
