Josh Cunningham: Running a fully remote American call center

I’d like to introduce you to Josh Cunningham, who’s coming down to our mastermind Oct 2-3 in San Diego.

Josh and I met at a Mike Ferry event in 2010, and he became our very first coach when I first started the company. I owe a lot to Josh.

We traveled all over the country for years together, attending mastermind events, conferences, and more. Just trying to figure it all out like the rest of us.

Since he’s from College Station, TX (Home of Texas A&M), and online lead generation of buyer leads was taking off around this time, he decided to start Rokrbox and hire college talent to help with the lead follow-up.

He’s an excellent leader and has built an exceptionally strong leadership team, allowing him to work from anywhere. In fact, he moved to San Diego like I did, running his company remotely just like me from 2012-2021. We both lived downtown.

Josh can share not only details on effective buyer lead follow-up, but more relevant to our group - he has built an incredible culture where his leaders do much of the thinking and decision-making for him.

That’s usually the point where a business stops; you don’t have people to act on your behalf with your values, mission, and vision to their core. Josh has built that for himself, and his happy to share how he did it.

When it comes to what he needs help with, he’s getting more demand from clients to call their existing database to find people who want to buy or sell a home, in addition to responding to new leads that come in from home search registrations.

If you have any insight on that, or what that would look like, he would love to talk to you.

Josh, thank you for coming down. If you want to join us, you're invited. All the details are at www.VyralMasterminds.com
