Flights are generally less expensive, and you can stay at any hotel you like downtown. The venue is 15 minutes from the airport, and you're surrounded by hotels at all prices.
I run the events at break-even, effectively as a co-op. I give you the P/L with receipts. I know many of you want to do something similar for agent recruiting or referrals. I suggest you copy it. This is the most effective mastermind meeting model that exists.
