Kevin Langan loved this idea and wanted to do it well.
First, we put the lead magnet on a landing page.
NOTE: He used Zoom Webinar instead of inviting them to a video conference after registering on a traditional landing page.
Second, he recorded this extra video ad during his monthly video shoot with us - it's really good! Our team did a great job on these edits. This is optional, but recommended.
Finally, we sent an email to his existing contact list, promoted it across all his social media, and advertised the video to both his warm audiences (website visitors, CRM database) and to people who, according to Facebook's algorithm, are likely to sell their homes within 15 miles of his office.

The results? 34 people submitted their names, phone numbers, and email addresses to hear what Kevin had to say about selling their home...and that's just from the Facebook ads alone.

PRO TIP: Once someone registers, the webinar itself is secondary. Call them and ask when you (or someone on your staff) can visit their home to gather the data necessary to present all their selling options. Take photos, measurements, and do a light inspection. The first appointment is for research (and rapport/trust-building), and the second is for the seller strategy plan.
I spoke with him yesterday on the phone. He said maybe 5 have turned into selling conversations. "It's still too early to know what my final closing numbers are from it", he said. "I'm going to continue to follow up with everyone else and report back what comes from the campaign."
